1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Cypography website and your participation in all competitions. By entering any competition, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Employees of Cypography, their families, or anyone professionally connected with the competitions are not eligible to enter. By entering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. How to Enter

Entry is gained by purchasing a ticket or through valid membership where applicable. Each ticket represents one entry into the competition unless stated otherwise. All entries must be received before the closing date specified on the competition page.

4. Free Entry Route (if applicable)

A free entry option is available in line with UK laws. To enter for free, participants must follow the instructions provided on the competition page. Free entries are treated equally to paid entries.

5. Competition Draw

Winners are selected at random from all valid entries. Draws take place after the competition closing date. The result is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prizes

All prizes are as described on the competition page. No cash alternatives will be offered unless stated otherwise. Cypography reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at entry. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable time, Cypography reserves the right to redraw.

8. Payments

All payments are processed securely. By entering, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

9. Liability

Cypography accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues or other circumstances outside of its control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cypography shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation.

10. Data Protection

Personal data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and solely for the administration of competitions and communication with entrants.

11. General

Cypography reserves the right to amend or cancel competitions where necessary. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
